The second of the Psionicist Guild books. It is a stand alone. It was originally setup that way, and loosely tied into the world of Department 1793, but Amazon decided that since my book came out 5 years before another famous authors book also Titled Rules of Magic, that mine would cause confusion and they delisted it and told me tough republish it. I do not have any reason to believe the other work’s author has any knowledge of involvement in this and look forward to the miniseries that is to be coming out soon.
